Reaktive Kupfer-Bis(pyrazolyl)methan-Spezies für die Katalyse

Das wichtigste Ziel dieses Projekts ist die umfassende Exploration der metallorganischen, koordinationschemischen und bioanorganischen Substrataktivierungsfähigkeiten von neuartigen Kupfer-Bis(pyrazolyl)methan-Komplexen. Dabei werden die Reaktionen zeitaufgelöst mittels UV/Vis-Spektroskopie verfolgt und die Start-Komplexe sowie die Substrat-Komplexe cyclovoltammetrisch, strukturell und theoretisch charakterisiert. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Aufklärung der Reaktionsmechanismen, die meist bisher nicht genau geklärt sind.

 

 

The most important goal of this project is the comprehensive exploration of the organometallic, coordination and bioinorganic capability of substrate activation of novel copper bis(pyrazolyl)methane complexes. The reactions are monitored time-resolved via UV/Vis spectroscopy. The starting and substrate complexes will be characterised via cyclic voltammetry, structural and theoretical studies. Special emphasis lies on the elucidation of the reaction mechanisms which have not been clarified up to now in most cases.
